AI RCTT bot now speaks Chinese

2026-07-21

The Republican Center for Technology Transfer (RCTT) has expanded the language capabilities of its AI RCTT bot: as of July 16, 2026, it responds to queries not only in Russian and English but also in Chinese.

Launched in April 2025, the AI RCTT bot runs on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology — a model that generates answers grounded in RCTT's own verified knowledge base, covering the center's services, international technology transfer networks, regulatory frameworks, and commercialization practices, and if he doesn't find the answer in his databases, he turns to generative AI for the answer. The bot is available as a web chat on https://www.ictt.by and through a dedicated Telegram bot - https://t.me/RCTT_Belarus_bot.

The addition of the Chinese language reflects the growing intensity of RCTT's contacts with partners in China, a key area of the center's international cooperation in technology transfer. Now, representatives of Chinese universities, technology parks, technology transfer centers, and enterprises can directly receive information about the center's services, cooperation offers from Belarusian organizations, mechanisms for bringing technologies to the Belarusian market, and cooperation terms from the  AI RCTT bot in their native language—without the barrier of translation.

According to the Center, extending language support is part of a broader strategy to digitalize RCTT’s services and adapt AI tools to the realities of international technology transfer, where accuracy and speed of consultation are becoming a competitive advantage.

You can contact the AI RCTT bot on any page of the RCTT Internet portal https://www.ictt.by or in the center's Telegram bot - https://t.me/RCTT_Belarus_bot.
