On September 4, 2026, a delegation from the Science and Technology Service Platform of Shandong Academy of Sciences (https://www.stsp.org.cn/), consisting of Professor Zhu Yanhai, Director of the Science and Technology Service Platform of Shandong Academy of Sciences, and Associate Professor Xu Mingxian, Section Chif of the Science and Technology Service Platform of Shandong Academy of Sciences, visited RCTT.

The delegation met with Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, Director of the Republican Centrу for Technology Transfer (RCTT), who introduced the delegation to the services and information resources RCTT provides to its foreign partners, the Virtual Exhibition of the NAS of Belarus, the RCTT AI bot, the "AI Tools for Technology Transfer and Commercialization" section of the RCTT Internet portal, and the center's cooperation proposals:

• Development of the Belarusian-Chinese segment of the information technology platform for the transfer and commercialization of technologies for collective use
• Republican Center for Technology Transfer is looking for partners to implement a project to study the possibility of using AI tools in the work of technology transfer centers and networks

The Parties discussed the state and prospects of cooperation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization.
