Summary
The Institute of Flax offers consumers the Gisinar polyelectrolyte hydrogel and the technology of flax seed incrustation using it to increase disease resistance, yield, and quality of flax products under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
The polyelectrolyte hydrogel "Gisinar" has been developed, the physicochemical characteristics of composites based on Gisinar have been determined: pH, density of the compositions, dry matter content, dynamic and conditional viscosity. A scientifically based technology for flax seed incrustation has been developed, including protective and stimulating compositions based on the film-forming polymer Gisinar, which promotes the disinfection of seed material, increases field germination and plant resistance to diseases and adverse environmental factors, and ensures a total fiber yield of 20.8-21.4 and long fiber yield of 7.2-8.0 c/ha.

The information is posted on the website of the Institute of Flax here.
Advantages and Innovations
The protective and stimulating composition, including a seed dressing agent (vitavax), a growth regulator (hydrohumin), microelements (zinc, boron, copper), and the film former Gisinar, helps to increase the yield of seeds by 0.6-1.2, flax fiber by 1.7, including long fiber by 0.9 c/ha, providing a conditional net income of 442.6 thousand rubles/ha, with a production profitability of 67.2 %.
