A Chinese company has developed and produces a gel for healing burns and wounds. The gel's biomimetic formula, based on a patented iron-containing component, provides dual action:
1) physical: polysaccharides in gel instantly form a protective matrix over the wound;
2) biological: in a novel, non-antibiotic approach, the iron-based active component simultaneously accelerates natural clotting cascades and promotes cellular repair processes.

Rapid bleeding control is achieved through platelet aggregation, which reduces blood loss and the risk of secondary infection. Accelerated healing is achieved through collagen production and stimulation of fibroblast proliferation. At the same time, inflammation is suppressed, providing pain relief and reducing itching.

The product has undergone preclinical trials and safety studies and is registered in China as a disinfectant (Xiaozihao). Clinical trials are optional for this category of product, but the company has positive experience using the product for treating deep pressure ulcers in elderly patients, for post-hemorrhoidectomy care, and for skin care in cancer patients after radiation therapy.

The company is seeking distributors in Belarus, Russia, and other EAEU countries. The company is willing to provide potential partners with gel samples for testing and discuss agreement terms based on the results.

The product was specially developed for rapid hemostasis (less than 1 minute).

In controlled trials conducted in collaboration with military medical institutions, the product led in wound healing speed compared to the well-known domestic wound care product "Jieyou Shen" and a traditional MEBO (Moist Exposed Burn Ointment).
