«Scientific and Production Centre for Multifunctional Unmanned Systems» of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus offers consumers three-axis dynamic turntables for testing modules (angular velocity sensors, accelerometers, pilot-navigation complexes, gyro-stabilized video systems, etc.) of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
The support-turning device of turntable is made of aluminum profile and is securely mounted using factory connection parts. Electric brushless servo motors by «Harmonic Drive» are used to control frames of turntable. They are equipped with a high-precision mechanical gearbox, an angular incremental encoder for position of motor rotor, and an angular absolute encoder for position of output shaft. All these parts ensure high accuracy in operation.
Three-axis dynamic turntables provides:
* movement along programmable trajectories to specified angular positions with a specified law of change of angular velocity and acceleration along three axes;
* formation of motion trajectories with high uniformity in velocity for testing of angular velocity sensors;
* formation of harmonic oscillations;
* reproduction of real angular movements of the aircraft based on the data recorded in UAV flight telemetry data file;
* time-synchronized registration of setting parameters, current motion trajectory parameters and angular coordinates, payload parameters and signals;
* software setting of limit value of angular positioning error and angular velocity for controlling functioning and disabling movement of moving frames;
* program setting of angular velocity and time for disconnection of moving frames movement in case of emergency jamming of movement;
* manual emergency shutdown of movement by means of buttons located on the automatic workplace (AW) of operator and on the rotary support device;
* circular movement on each axis without limitation of the rotation angle;
* convenience of fixing, alignment of axes and bearing surfaces of payload with axes of rotation of gimbal;
* semi-natural modeling of UAV flight with video system placement on mobile frames in the tasks of investigating accuracy of automatic and semi-automatic systems of tracking and tracking of objects.
Three-axis turntable is characterized by:
* precise absolute positioning;
* stable movement on all axes;
* increased torsional rigidity;
* high accuracy without drift.
