Summary
The Institute of Land Reclamation offers consumers NPM-60 and NPM-80 flushing nozzles for hydrodynamic cleaning of drainage pipelines and use in drainage flushing installations under a manufacturing agreement and/or subcontracting and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
The NPM-60 and NPM-80 nozzles are designed for hydrodynamic cleaning of drainage pipelines and for use in the UPD-120 drainage flushing unit. They are installed instead of the standard nozzle.
The design feature of this nozzle is the presence of conical split polyurethane cuffs, which increases the efficiency of the water jets (due to the displacement of the nozzle to the center of the drainage pipeline section), helps to better overcome obstacles, and provides additional mechanical action on the pulp flow.
When the nozzle is removed, the water jets coming from the rear nozzles affect the deposits, and the conical cuffs, working as a scraper, transport the pulp flow from the drainage pipeline. The complex (combined) effect of the rear water jets and cuffs on the washed-out deposits increases the volume concentration of the pulp, and accordingly, the cleaning efficiency.
The use of NPM-60 and NPM-80 nozzles increases the productivity of the drainage flushing unit due to their high throughput in the collector and more complete removal of deposits, which allows saving resources and reducing the cost of work.
The NPM-60 nozzle is designed to clean drainage pipelines with a diameter of 100 mm or less, and the NPM-80 - with a diameter of more than 100 mm.
The information is posted on the Institute's website here.

Additional comments
RUE "Institute of Land Reclamation" is the leading scientific institution in the country in the field of land reclamation and grassland management.
The Institute of Land Reclamation provides scientific support for the use of more than 4.5 million hectares of agricultural land, including 2.9 million hectares of drained land and 1.6 million hectares of meadow land with a natural water regime.
The main areas of scientific and scientific-technical activity:
- Development of highly efficient energy- and resource-saving technologies and design solutions for the construction, operation, repair and reconstruction of land reclamation systems, management of the water-air regime of reclaimed lands and irrigation.
- Development of highly efficient energy- and resource-saving technologies and design solutions for the construction, operation, repair and reconstruction of land reclamation systems, management of the water-air regime of reclaimed lands.
- Modeling and comprehensive monitoring of reclaimed areas and the environment using modern diagnostic methods, computer technologies of geographic information systems and databases for information support for making ecologically and economically efficient decisions in planning and designing reclamation measures and using reclaimed lands.
- Creation of highly efficient zonal farming systems on reclaimed lands that ensure rational use of land resources and sustainable functioning of natural systems.
- Development of economically and environmentally sound technologies for intensifying the use of hayfields and pastures, including grass seed production.
