Summary
The Institute of System Researches in Agroindustrial Complex of the NAS of Belarus offers consumers and organizations in the agro-industrial complex Methodological approaches to improving the methodology for distributing funds from local budgets (consolidated regional budgets) to finance expenses in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus under an outsourcing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
The conducted research aimed to determine the degree of unfavorability of agricultural production in the districts. Taking this into account, a differentiated approach was developed for determining the basis for distributing state support across regions, depending on the specific characteristics of the territories.

An analysis was conducted across the republic's districts in the following areas: the quality and structure of agricultural land, land contamination with radionuclides, labor force availability, availability of fixed assets, and the specialization of agricultural production. The obtained results allowed us to establish patterns between the characteristics of the territories and the income (revenue) received from agricultural land use. This enabled the development of a differentiated coefficient and the conditions for its application when calculating the basis for distributing local budget funds for financing expenditures depending on the more or less favorable conditions for agricultural production.

The information is published in the Catalog "Developments of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in the Interests of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Republic of Belarus" pp. 424-425. (in Russian)
Advantages and Innovations
Methodological approaches allow for a more rational distribution of state support to regions with the least favorable agricultural conditions, which will ensure the preservation and development of social and industrial infrastructure and contribute to improving the population's standard of living.
