Production Enterprise "Experimental Plant" of the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization offers consumers Machines for packaging products MAUD-5, MAUB-5 under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.

Automatic machines for packing in a "house", designed for high-speed packing of pre-prepared vegetables (potatoes, onions, beets, carrots, garlic) and fruits (orange, mandarin) weighing up to 5 kg in a net-house (combined net-film fabric) or in paper.

Depending on the type of packaging material, the machines are manufactured in two grades:
– MAUD-5 - a machine for packing products in a net. The width of the net roll should be 630 mm;
– MAUB-5 - a machine for packing products in paper. The width of the paper should be 630 mm.

Dosing and loading of products into machines is carried out by a dispenser and other automatic weighing stations (it is recommended to use with computer-weighing stations KVS-12 and a dispenser), which makes it possible to fully automate the process of weighing and packing products.

Automatic house packaging machine MAUD-5 and automatic paper packaging machine MAUB-5 ARE INTENDED for high-speed packaging of pre-prepared vegetables (potatoes, onions, beets, carrots, garlic) and fruits (orange, mandarin) in a house-shaped net (combined net-film fabric) and in paper weighing from 1 to 4 kilograms.

The packaging speed of MAUD-5 / MAUB-5 when working with the KVS-12 weighing station is up to 35 packages per minute.
MAUD-5 / MAUB-5 can be equipped with a SMART-DATA (France) thermal transfer printer if necessary.

The control cabinet uses reliable electrical components from Scheider Electric, Danfos (or other analogues), and also provides a phase and voltage control relay.

Two-component polyurethane paint and varnish coating.

Compressed air connection is required for the machine to operate.

The State Production Enterprise "Experimental Plant" of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization" is a leading enterprise in the Republic of Belarus and one of the world's manufacturers of machines for planting potatoes, their post-emergence processing, technological lines for laying in storage and removing from storage root crops, as well as a complex of machines (mini-mills) for preparing them for sale (dry cleaning, washing, grinding, weighing and packing in polyethylene, mesh bags).

The RUE "Experimental Plant of the Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the BSSR" was organized in 1958 on the basis of the existing workshops of the Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the BSSR on the basis of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the BSSR dated March 24, 1958 No. 175 and the order of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the BSSR dated May 21, 1958 No. 11.

The material and technical re-equipment of the enterprise was carried out. New machines and equipment were purchased, and repairs were made to the premises.

The latest products of the plant are machines for the primary processing of potatoes and other root crops, their placement in storage, removal from storage and preparation of vegetable products for sale in the retail network.

The manufactured machines fully comply with international standards and have certificates of conformity of the Customs Union and the European Union. Considering the use of components of Belarusian and Russian production, the cost of the manufactured machines is 30-40% lower than imported analogues.

A special feature of the plant is the fact that the manufactured machines can be profitably assembled into lines consisting of machines with various fillings, which can be used both in large modern storage facilities, logistics centers, and in small farms.
