Summary
SPA of Powder Metallurgy (Republican state-owned enterprise "Center of the disposal of artillery and engineering ammunition") offers consumers Industrial emulsion explosives "NITRONITES" TU 7276-003-58995878-2004 under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners to conclude a distribution services agreement.
Description
Description of import-substituting products: These are designed for surface blasting operations in rock with a hardness factor of up to 20 on the M. M. Protodyakonov scale in boreholes with any degree of water cut in all climatic zones at temperatures from -40 to +40°C in boreholes with a diameter of at least 100 mm and a pH of 4.0 to 9.0. They are a mechanical mixture of an emulsion, porous granular ammonium nitrate or granular ammonium nitrate, diesel fuel, a gas-generating additive (GGA), and a gasification accelerator (GA), or an emulsion, GGA, and GA.

Several grades are available: E-20 and E-30 grades are used for charging dry and dehydrated boreholes; E-50 grade for charging wells with low water cuts, and E-70 and E-100 grades for charging wells with any degree of water cut.

Delivered to the charging site in a dedicated mixing and charging vehicle.

Application (sector, potential product consumers): mining.

Manufacturing lead times (indicating batch size) and delivery: Maximum output per shift is 90,000 kg, delivered in dedicated mixing and charging vehicles.

Product information and characteristic values for the produced nitronite grades are provided in the "Catalog of Innovative Developments of the NAS of Belarus Organizations for Substituting Critical Imports." 2022, pp. 96-97.
Advantages and Innovations
What makes this product unique is that it is not an explosive during production and transportation, but becomes one directly in the borehole after loading it using a mixing and charging machine.

This production facility is the only one in the Republic of Belarus.

It replaces imported products: Emulit emulsion explosives (Spain) and Nitronit (Russian Federation).
