The UEC was developed using technologies developed by the International Association of Users and Developers of Electronic Libraries and New Information Technologies, in accordance with international and national standards and machine-readable formats, using internet technologies and the IRBIS64 library database. The records are provided with links to the scientist's personal page, their profiles in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and ORCID, as well as to the library's electronic catalog and other proprietary databases containing information about the scientist's publications.
