Description
State scientific and production association «Chemical Synthesis and Biotechnology» of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus manufactures probiotic preparation «EMILIN», designed for prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases in carp fish species.

The based of the preparation consists of cells, spores and metabolic products of 2 strains of spore-forming bacteria Bacillus subtilis (titer - not less than 1.0×109 CFU/g).

Bacillus subtilis strains, which form the base of the preparacion, are characterized by high antagonistic activity against pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria - pathogens of fish diseases, including representatives of the genera Aeromonas, Pseudomonas, Sphingobacterium, Flavobacterium, Vibrio, etc.

The preparation «EMILIN» is harmless to humans, animals, birds, fish, and beneficial insects. Its use makes it possible to obtain environmentally friendly products.

Efficiency:
* reduces the level of contamination of the internal organs of fish with pathogenic, opportunistic microbiota from 80..100% to trace amounts;
* increases the natural (non-specific) resistance of the carp body:
• bactericidal activity of blood serum – by 17.7%;
• phagocytic activity of leukocytes – by 17.0%;
• phagocytic index – by 1.8%;
• phagocytic number – 2 times;
* increases the resilience of fish and the ability to tolerate stress during the wintering period:
• the output of fish from wintering is 97%;
• fish weight increases by 10%.

Application guidelines for carp fish species:

Admixed to rations and fed perorally once a day
during 5 days (diurnal dose – 5% of fish weight)
One cycle of therapy may be sufficient.
If necessary, repeat the course in 7..10
days depending on epizootic situation

Therapy baths are practiced once a day with 20 min
intermission of water exchange during 5 day period

Package:
Plastic or metallized bags of 0,5 kg to 25 kg weight.

Terms of storage:
12 months since fabrication within temperature range 0 to +15°С in shady place.
