S.N. Vyshelesski Institute of Experimental Veterinary offers consumers the vaccine associated with pasteurellosis, hemophilic polyserositis and actinobacillary pleuropneumonia of pigs "RESPIS-PGA" under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
PURPOSE:
The vaccine is intended for specific prevention of pasteurellosis, hemophilic polyserositis and actinobacillary pleuropneumonia in pigs.

DESCRIPTION:
A homogenous emulsion of grayish-white color. During storage, the formation of a transparent layer is allowed, which breaks into a uniform emulsion when the vaccine is shaken.

CHARACTERISTICS:
The vaccine contains bacteria Pasteurella multocida serovar A (strain KMIEV - B150), Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (strain KMIEV - B169), Haemophilus parasuis (strain KMIEV - B171), inactivated with formalin and emulsified in an oil adjuvant.

"Respis-PGA" induces the production of specific antibodies in pigs against the causative agents of pasteurellosis, Haemophilus polyserositis and actinobacillary pleuropneumonia in pigs.

APPLICATION:
The homogeneous vaccine heated to a temperature of 37.0 ± 2.0 °C is administered intramuscularly once:
- for piglets, starting from 10-12 days of age, at a dose of 1.0 cm3;
- for sows 25-30 days before farrowing at a dose of 2.0 cm3;
- for breeding boars at a dose of 2.0 cm3.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Slaughter of animals for meat after administration of the vaccine is permitted without restrictions.

RELEASE FORM:
Sterile glass vials of 10.0; 20.0; 50.0; 100.0; 200.0 or 400 cm3, sealed with rubber stoppers and rolled with aluminum caps.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
The shelf life of the vaccine is 18 months from the date of manufacture, provided that it is stored and transported in a dry place protected from light at a temperature of plus 2 to plus 8 °C.
