EDB "Academicheskoe" offers consumers technological systems for automobile gas refueling stations (a set of equipment) for receiving, storing, and issuing liquefied hydrocarbon gases under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners to conclude a distribution services agreement.
The system includes:
- one or two tanks (Tanks are manufactured with a nominal volume of 7 m3 and 10 m3 in accordance with the requirements of TU BY 100103729.020-2006. The tanks are equipped with the following fittings and instrumentation: gas drain valve, safety valves, vapor phase selection valve with filling level sensor , level gauge, level indicator, valve);
- pump units with pump: "HYDRO-VAKUUM" SKC 4.08/SKD 4.07 or "AUREX-CORKEN" FD150, "AUREX-CORKEN" Z2000;
- fuel dispensers (Petrolmechanika 6000P, Tatsuno Benc BMP 500/511; Nuovo Pignone DPC (DPBA) 050 LM-LE 1D (High engine life before overhaul (5 million liters), simple design, maintaining dosing accuracy for a long time operation.The column has an electronic control head with a two-sided liquid crystal display.The display shows the price of 1 liter of gas, the amount of gas filled in liters, the amount of money to pay.The electronic head has a non-resettable electromechanical counter showing the total total amount of gas sold.The capacity of the column is 5-50 l/min, accuracy ±0.5%);
- system piping (For the manufacture of system pipelines, seamless pipes are used according to GOST 8733, GOST 8731 from steel 10, 20 according to GOST 1050, bends according to GOST 17375 from steel 20, 09G2S, tees according to GOST 17376 from steel 20, 09G2S. Installation, welding work and quality control are carried out in accordance with SNiP 3.05.02-88, GOST 16037;
- fittings: flanged ball valves DN20 - DN50. Fisher H110-312 Line Protection Valves, Overflow Valve, Model CORKEN B-166 1);
- frames for pumping units and columns;
- ladders and platforms for servicing tanks.

In accordance with the requirements of NPB 38-2003, technological systems for automobile gas filling stations have the following technical characteristics:

Single tank capacity
no more than 10 m3
 The capacity of all tanks of the system  no more than 20 m3
 Working pressure in tanks  no more than 1.6 MPa
 Permissible working temperature of the tank wall  -40 - +45 °С (min/max)
 Filling capacity  not less than 50 dm3/min
The maximum pressure at the outlet of the pump
  1.6 MPa
 Total electricity consumption no more than 9.5 kW
 Estimated service life  not less than 12 years

Systems are available:
- with one ground tank (7m3);
- with two ground tanks (2x7m3);
- with one ground tank (10m3);
- with two ground tanks (2x10m3);
- with one underground tank (10m3);
- with two underground tanks (2x10m3).

At the request of the Customer, it is possible to supply separate tanks for liquefied gases.
