Description
A technology has been developed for the manufacture of ultrathin nonlinear optical elements for use in femtosecond laser systems based on β-Ba B2O4 (BBO) single crystals, and the equipment and technology for growing high-temperature oxide nonlinear optical single crystals from a solution-melt in a growth setup with an alternating thermal field under conditions industrial production.
