Experimental and Production Enterprise "Ferrit" offers consumers magnetic lattice separators of the SMR-4, SMR-5 series under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Experimental and Production Enterprise "Ferrit" manufactures magnetic lattice separators of the SMR-4, SMR-5 series on permanent magnets, designed to remove ferromagnetic metal particles from the flow of bulk materials transported through the product pipeline, to protect technological equipment from damage by accidental metal objects, as well as to reduce the content of metal impurities in food to the requirements of sanitary standards.

Magnetic separators of the SMR-4, SMR-5 series are installed in vertical gravity pipelines of rectangular or circular cross-section.

Principle of operation:
The main working body of the separators of the magnetic series SMR-4 and SMR-5 are magnetic rods, inside of which there are permanent magnets that create a constant magnetic field of a certain periodicity, forming a magnetic lattice together. The magnetic grids are assembled in a housing having upper and lower connecting flanges for mounting to a vertical pipeline. Magnetic gratings are pushed out of the separator housing for cleaning from delayed metallomagnetic impurities. The product flow, passing through the magnetic grid, enters the zone of action of the magnetic field of the magnetic rods, and the metal impurities in it are attracted to the magnetic rods.

To clean the SMP-4 series separator, it is necessary, after stopping the supply of the separated product, to remove the magnetic grid from the housing and, using a rag, scraper or brush, clean the magnetic rods.

To clean the SMP-5 series separator, it is necessary, after stopping the supply of the separated product, to remove the magnetic grid not only from the separator housing, but also from the screen (system of external shells).

- at the enterprises of the food industry in the manufacture and packaging of bulk food products;
- in the manufacture of plastic products at the stage of preparation of raw materials;
- when cleaning raw materials in chemical, glass and other industries.
