Summary
The United Institute of Mechanical Engineering offers consumers the technology and equipment for obtaining composite ceramic coatings on aluminum alloy products obtained by micro-arc oxidation under a license agreement and a commercial agreement with technical assistance, and also provides coating services for parts under a production agreement.
Description
Formation of coatings using carbon and carbon-containing nanomaterials (CNM). The addition of CNM to the electrolyte provides an increase in the efficiency of the process of forming coatings with improved tribomechanical characteristics.

Equipment has been created and a pilot industrial site for obtaining coatings has been organized.

Coating hardening of parts of a number of enterprises of the Republic of Belarus has been carried out.

Forms of cooperation:
* rendering services to enterprises for strengthening parts with wear-resistant composite coatings;
* development of technologies and equipment for the formation of composite ceramic coatings.
Advantages and Innovations
Competitive advantages:
* reduction of the process of obtaining coatings by 1,2..1,8 times;
* increasing the thickness of the coatings by 1,3..2,0 times;
* increase in microhardness by 1,2..1,5 times;
* reduction of the coefficient of friction and the intensity of wear of coatings 1,2..5,0 times.

Achievement of increased physical and mechanical characteristics of coatings on aluminum alloys of various
chemical composition, including silumins (eutectic and hypereutectic), as well as aluminum-magnesium alloys.
