Description
SSU "Scientific Instrumentation" of the Powder Metallurgy Institute offers laminar cabinets (biological protection of the 2d class) under manufacturing agreement.

SSU "Scientific Instrumentation" produce laminar cabinets (biological protection of the 2d class) with vertical air flow since 2008. Laminar cabinets are designed to protect personel and investigated samples from contaminations when working with pathogenic agents and microorganisms. The cabinet's are used to:
* conduct medical and biological research in health care, microbiological studies in the food and chemical industry, as well as in the manufacture of high-precision microelectronics and optics;
* equip individual workplaces of medical, pharmacological institutions with high air purity requirements.

The degree of purification from suspended particles meets the requirements of air purity in the working chamber of class 5 ISO GOST ISO 14644-1-2002.

Laminar cabinets are manufactured and tested according to Belarusian technical specifications. The registration certificate of the Ministry of Health No. IM-7.94855/2004, the state registration number Mt-7.6565/7.005-2002 of April 30, 2020 and the certificate of own production No. 131.1/805-1 of February 8, 2021 issued by the Minsk Department of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Technical specifications of the cabinet:
* overall dimensions of the cabinet for one operator (W x D x H) - 970 x 850 x 1430 mm
* HEPA filters class H14 with an efficiency of 99.995% with a particle size of 0.3 μm, GOST R51251-99
* air flow speed is 0,45..0,5 m/s (variable speed capability)
* illumination in the work place - 1080 lx
* the working chamber is equipped with a UV lamp
* noise level < 58 dB
* electric input - 220 V, 50 Hz
* built-in LCD monitor (color graphic touch panel), displaying:
- cabinet operating state;
- level of filter contamination;
- laminar flow velocity;
- alarm signal at high raised front screen.

The laminar cabinet is resistant to mechanical effects during its transportation and operation, and is resistant to cleaning and disinfection.
The delivery time of spare parts is 10 years.
The service life of the cabinet is 6 years.

1. Declaration of the Customs Union on the compliance of the laminar cabinet with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment" (TR CU 020/2011).
2. Declaration of the Customs Union on the compliance of the laminar cabinet with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "Reliability of low-voltage equipment" (TR CU 004/2011).
3. Registration certificate of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus.
4. Certificate of own production, issued by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
5. Operation manual (in Russian).
