Summary
The Joint Institute of Mechanical Engineering offers consumers multifunctional small-sized municipal vehicles for mechanized sweeping and garbage collection, patrol high-speed cleaning of sidewalks from snow and distribution of solid anti-icing materials on roads and urban areas, including development of documentation and modernization in accordance with the requirements of the Customer under a manufacturing agreement and/or under a license agreement for the production of machins.
Description
Combined municipal vacuum sweeping and salt spreading machine on a basic universal small-sized all-wheel drive chassis with hydrostatic transmission.
Purpose:
* mechanized sweeping and removal of garbage;
* patrol high-speed cleaning of sidewalks and roads from snow;
* distribution of solid anti-icing materials in courtyard areas.
The production of a basic universal small-sized all-wheel drive chassis with hydrostatic transmission with various technological add-ons (vacuum sweeping, salt spreading, watering) and attachments (brush-manipulator, brush and blade for snow removal, etc.) to it has been developed and mastered.
Information on small-sized municipal machines is contained in "Catalog of Products and Services of the Joint Institute of Mechanical Engineering" 2018, p.7.
Information also is posted in the Album of promising developments of the NAS of Belarus organizations for the real sector of the economy (2023), p. 93-94. (in Russian)

Advantages and Innovations
The world market in this class of equipment is dominated by European companies: Hako, Schmidt, Kärсher, Holder (all – Germany), Nilfisk-Egholm A/S (Denmark), Lindholdt Maskiner (Denmark), Bucher (Switzerland), Jonston (Great Britain), Scarab Sweepers (Great Britain), Mathieu (France), Ravo (Netherlands), Dulevo (Italy), Ausa (Spain), Applied (Poland), etc.
In the Russian Federation, small-sized municipal vehicles are manufactured by PJSC MZIK (Yekaterinburg), JSC KurganDorMash (Kurgan), ZAO VNIIStroyDorMash (Moscow), OOO Lipetsk Plant of Small Municipal Machines (Lipetsk), etc.
In comparison with its analogues, the MMK2000 has comparable or higher performance characteristics, an attractive, modern design, and high comfort and ease of operation at comparable or lower prices; ensures high quality cleaning and maintenance of various types of surfaces from dirt, leaves, snow, ice, etc., which is achieved through the use of high-tech equipment and systems, such as an effective vacuum pump, an additional brush-manipulator, a dust suppression system with water recirculation, a system for precise dosing and distribution of anti-icing mixtures, etc.
MMK2000 complies with the requirements of TR CU 010/2011 "On the safety of machinery and equipment".
The original technical solutions used in the design of MMK2000 ensure high technology in its production, maintenance and repair.
