The Institute of Physics offers a scanning multi-wavelength polarizing Raman lidar for atmospheric sensing to consumers on the basis of a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners to enter into a distribution service agreement.
Description
Designed to measure the optical characteristics of the atmosphere in the spectral range 355..1064 nm, the concentration and parameters of the microstructure of the aerosol up to an altitude of 10 km.
Technical characteristics of multiwave lidar:
- Backscattering at wavelengths: 355, 532, 1064 nm
- Pulse energy: up to 400 mJ
- Laser pulse repetition rate: up to 30 Hz
- Laser pulse duration: less than 20 ns
- Operating temperature range: -40 ÷ +50 0C
- Range: 10 km
- Spatial resolution: 7.5m
