Summary
The Scientific and Practical Center for Agricultural Mechanization offers consumers a unit for preparing feed on cattle farms with the APRS-12 automatic loading system under a manufacturing agreement and/or a license agreement for the production of a unit for preparing feed on cattle farms and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
The unit for preparing and distributing feed on cattle farms with the APRS-12 self-loading system. It is designed for self-loading, chopping stalk feed, mixing it with other components of the diet, transporting and distributing the feed mixture to animals on the feed table or in feeders with a side height of up to 0.75 m in livestock buildings with a feed passage width of at least 2250 mm, with a doorway width of at least 2600 mm, as well as on outdoor feedlots.
The feed distributor is capable of loading any components of the feed mixture, from roughage to concentrates.
The unit for preparing feed with the APRS-12 self-loading system is designed for use on dairy and fattening farms for cattle.
It is being developed for the needs of the Republic of Belarus. It can be used in the CIS and Baltic countries.
The use of machines with a self-loading system for stalk feed in feed preparation technologies reduces the specific costs of performing the technological process of preparing and distributing feed by combining operations.
The following Business Model can be implemented - Conclusion of license agreements for the production of a unit for preparing feed on cattle farms with an automatic loading system APRS-12. Scientific and technical support, as well as the possibility of further improvement of the design of the developed unit.
The information is posted in the Album of promising developments of organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for the real sector of the economy (2023), pp. 506-507. (in Russian)

Advantages and Innovations
The use of the developed unit for the preparation and distribution of feed on cattle farms with the APRS-12 self-loading system will reduce the number of machines in this process, reduce the consumption of liquid fuel, and most importantly - increase the efficiency of using feed rations.
The developed unit for the preparation of feed on cattle farms with the APRS-12 self-loading system is environmentally friendly.
The design of the unit in terms of safety requirements meets the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 010/2011 and the following list of standards interrelated with it: STB EN 703; GOST 12.2.003; GOST 12.2.042; GOST ISO 4254-1; GOST R 53489.
