On November 18, 2021, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus together with the SCST will hold the annual XX International Scientific and Technical Conference "Development of Informatization and the State system of Scientific and Technical Information" (RINTI-2021).

The RINTI-2021 conference is organized by the Joint Institute of Computer Science Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (IPI NAS of Belarus) together with the Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere (BelISA), the Central Scientific Library named after Ya. Kolas NAS of Belarus, the Republican Scientific and Technical Library, the Belarusian State University, the National Library of Belarus.

Purpose of the conference - analysis of the state and problems of the development of informatization (digital transformation) of the economy, social sphere, public administration and the STI system in the Republic of Belarus and abroad, as well as issues of developing new approaches to scientific and methodological support for the development of informatization and information society (IT countries, IT states), the creation of information technologies and information infrastructure of Belarus.

The main directions of the conference:

1. Scientific and methodological, informational, technological and legal support for the development of digital transformation.
2. Automated systems of scientific and technical information, information support of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities.
3. Library and information systems and technologies. Publication activity.
4. Artificial intelligence and cognitive technologies in informatization.

The conference will be attended by representatives of 41 research organizations, institutions of higher education, republican public administration bodies and business circles of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Latvia. 78 reports (52 Belarusian and 16 foreign) were presented at RINTI-2021. Among the speakers there are 24 Doctors of sciences and 33 candidates of Sciences.
