From June 27 to 28, 2022, within the framework of the official visit governor of the Samara region of the Russian Federation Mr. Dmitry Azarov to the Republic of Belarus, a delegation of the management company of the World-class science and education centre "Engineering of the Future" (ANO "Institute for Regional Development, Samara, Russian Federation) was at the NAS of Belarus. The delegation was headed by Mrs. Olga Mikheeva, Adviser to the Governor of the Samara Region, General Director of the management company World-class science and education centre "Engineering of the Future".

The delegation met with the First Deputy Chairman of the NAS of Belarus Academician Sergei Chizhik. The guests got acquainted with the permanent exhibition of the NAS of Belarus "Research. Development. Production", the Virtual exhibition of the NAS of Belarus, the activities of the NAS of Belarus and RCTT, visited a number of institutes.

During the visit, a pitch session was held on the issues of import substitution and potential interaction between the World-class science and education centre "Engineering of the Future" and the NAS of Belarus. Following the visit, a "Roadmap" of scientific and technical cooperation for 2022-2025 was signed between the NAS of Belarus and the managing company of the World-class science and education centre "Engineering of the Future" - ANO "Institute for Regional Development". On behalf of the NAS of Belarus, the document was signed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Academician Sergei Chizhik, and on behalf of the World-class science and education centre "Engineering of the Future" - Advisor to the Governor of the Samara Region, General Director of the ANO "Institute for Regional Development" Mrs. Olga Mikheeva.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the World-class science and education centre "Engineering of the Future", Governor of the Samara Region Mr. Dmitry Azarov presented the award of the World-class science and education centre "Engineering of the Future" of the NAS of Belarus in the nomination "Science without Borders".

Letters of gratitude from the Governor for their contribution to the establishment and development of cooperation between the World-class science and education centre "Engineering of the Future" and the NAS of Belarus" received:
