The state institution "Belarusian Institute for System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere" with the support of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus organizes the National contest of start-up projects Belarus ICT Startup Award'2023.

The purpose of the contest is to create conditions for the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship and the introduction of high-tech achievements in the economy, to promote the use of digital technologies and resources in the real sector of the economy as an effective tool for the socio-economic and innovative development of the Republic of Belarus.

Contest participants get a unique opportunity to present their innovative project or development to experts, mentors, potential investors, business partners and users.

The contest is attended by start-up and innovative projects with the prospect of further scaling in accordance with the topics of the XXIX International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies "TIBO-2023".

The contest is held in the nominations "Best Innovative Project" and "Best Youth Innovative Project". Participants of the competition can be legal entities and individuals, both teams and individual developers, without restrictions on professional affiliation. Participants independently determine the nomination for the innovative (startup) project they submit. Individuals under the age of 35 take part in the Best Youth Innovation Project nomination.

The final of the contest with the participation of the winners will be held on April 21, 2023 as part of the XXIX International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies "TIBO-2023".
