On May 22, 2023, a video meeting was held between the head of the RCTT, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, and the head of the Center for Technology Transfer of the S.S. Kutateladze Institute of Thermophysics SB RAS (Novosibirsk) Dr. Ludmila Perepechko. The meeting was attended by the deputy director of the Institute for scientific work Dr. Artur Bilsky and others.
