From July 4 to July 7, 2023, a delegation of the management company of the World-class research and academic centre "Engineering of the Future" - ANO "Institute of Regional Development" (Samara, Russia), representing 8 Russian regions, headed by the Adviser to the Governor of the Samara region, General Director of the management company of the World-class research and academic centre "Engineering of the Future" Mrs. Olga Mikheeva.

The purpose of the visit is to discuss the status and prospects of the implementation of the Roadmap of Scientific and Technical cooperation for 2022-2025 between the NAS of Belarus and the management company of the World-class research and academic centre "Engineering of the Future" - ANO "Institute of Regional Development", approved on June 27, 2022. During the visit, the delegation:

• acquainted with the permanent exhibition of the NAS of Belarus "Research. Development. Production", the Virtual exhibition of the NAS of Belarus, the activities of the NAS of Belarus and RCTT, visited a number of institutes, enterprises, and the University of the NAS of Belarus;
• took part in the Strategic session "Russia – Belarus. Education. Science. Technology Transfer" at which the following issues were considered:

1. At the section of scientific and technical projects - the current state of implementation of the roadmap projects on the level of technological and market readiness, development of proposals for their development. Presentation of new projects to be included in the roadmap;
2. At the section on educational projects - organizational issues, barriers, and proposals for the implementation of educational projects for 2023;
3. At the design section of the Russian-Belarusian Technology Transfer Center (RBCTT) - determination of the optimal legal form, structure, and list of services provided by RBCTT to subjects of innovation activity in Russia and Belarus.

In the work of the Strategic session "Russia - Belarus. Education. Science. Technology Transfer" was attended by Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Vladimir Gusakov, First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Sergey Chizhik, Executive Secretary of the Supervisory Board of the World-class research and academic centre "Engineering of the Future", Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Samara Region Alexander Fetisov, Adviser to the Governor of the Samara region, General Director of the management company of the World-class research and academic centre "Engineering of the Future" Mrs. Olga Mikheeva, Executive Director of the National Association for Technology Transfer (Russia) Alexey Filimonov, Director of the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer Alexander Uspenskiy and others.
