From July 7 to July 14, 2023, at the invitation of the Guangdong- CIS International Technological Cooperation Union, a delegation consisting of the Academician-Secretary of the Department of Physical-Engineering Sciences of the NAS of Belarus Dr. Sergey Shcherbakov, Director of the State Scientific Institution "V.A. Belyi Metal Polymer Research Institute” Dr. Andrey Grigoryev, Director of the State Scientific Institution “Center for System Analysis and Strategic Research of the NAS of Belarus” Dr. Valery Hancharou, Head of the Laboratory of the Scientific and Practical Centre for Materials Research of the NAS of Belarus Dr. Dmitry Karpinsky and Head of the Department “Republican Center for Technology Transfer” of the State Scientific Institution “Center for System Analysis and Strategic Research of the NAS of Belarus” Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy received participating in the 15th Suzhou Entrepreneurship Week for International Elites & Suzhou Scientists Day.

On July 10, 2023, the delegation of the NAS of Belarus took part in the opening of the 15th Suzhou Entrepreneurship Week for International Elites & Suzhou Scientists Day.

On July 11, 2023, the delegation took part in the opening of the Kunshan International Entrepreneurship Week and the International Conference on Scientific and Technological Innovation and Cooperation within the framework of the One Belt, One Road initiative, as well as the opening ceremony of the Kunshan International Association of Scientific and Technological Innovations.

Within the framework of the International Conference on Scientific and Technical Innovation and Cooperation within the framework of the One Belt, One Road initiative, members of the delegation of the NAS of Belarus signed the following agreements on the establishment of joint laboratories:

• International joint laboratory for the development of key technologies for laser equipment;
• International Joint Laboratory for Photovoltaic and Energy Efficient Materials;
• International Joint Laboratory for Polymeric Materials.

Academician-Secretary of the of the Department of Physical-Engineering Sciences of the NAS of Belarus Dr. Sergey Shcherbakov and Director of the Kunshan Research Institute of Industrial Technologies (KSITRI) Mr. Pu Jinsun signed an agreement on the establishment of a Joint Commission for Scientific and Technical Cooperation between Kunshan and the NAS of Belarus.

On July 12, 2023, a delegation of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus visited Jiangsu Open University.

On July 13, 2023, the delegation of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus visited the Kunshan Research Institute of Industrial Technologies (KSITRI). During the visit:

• an international scientific and technical conference was held at which the head of the Republican Center for Technology Transfer Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy made a presentation on the topic "Services and information resources provided by the Republican Center for Technology Transfer to Chinese organizations";
• State Scientific Institution "Center for System Analysis and Strategic Research of the NAS of Belarus" and Zhongwu (Huangpu) International Innovation Institute (China) signed an agreement aimed at financing the activities of the Kunshan (Belarus) Contact Center for Talents and Scientific and Technical Innovations on the basis of the Republican Center for Technology Transfer, which was opened on April 16, 2021. The purpose of the center is to promote the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements of the organizations of the NAS of Belarus at the enterprises of Kunshan.
