From November 21 to November 23, 2023, at the invitation of the World-Class Research and Academic Centre "Kuzbass" (RAC "Kuzbass"), Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Development of Kuzbass Production Forces: History, Modern Experience, Future Strategy”.

53 full members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Academy of Education, the Russian Academy of Arts, and the Russian Academy of Architecture, representatives of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, government agencies for managing technological and innovative development, heads of major scientific and technical programs implemented in Russia, universities, research institutes and enterprises from among the participants and partners of the RAC “Kuzbass”, representatives RAC of regions of the Russian Federation, etc. took part in the sections of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Development of Kuzbass Production Forces: History, Modern Experience, Future Strategy”, which was held from November 17 to 23.

As part of the conference, on November 21, a section of the World-Class Research and Academic Centre “Kuzbass” was held “RAC "Kuzbass": an alliance of science and business to strengthen the technological sovereignty of Kuzbass”.

Key presentations were made by: Director of the RAC "Kuzbass" Dr. Irina Ganieva; Director of the Boreskov Institute of Catalysis SB RAS Academician Valerii Bukhtiyarov; General Director of the Scientific and Production Company "Spirit" Sergei Prokopyev; Deputy Technical Director for Investment Projects of JSC "Kuzbassrazrezugol" Alexander Grinblat; Deputy General Director of the CJSC "NeoKor" Yuri Beznosov; Director of the Republican Center for Technology Transfer Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy and others.

The section participants discussed the organization of work on the formation of large scientific and technical projects within the framework of the Programme “Clean Coal - Green Kuzbass”, Russia’s experience in managing large scientific and technical projects, methodological work, problems of transfer and commercialization of technologies and other relevant topics. Director of RCTT Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy made a presentation on the topic “Services, information resources and Internet tools provided by the Republican Center for Technology Transfer to Belarusian and Russian organizations”.

During the conference, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy held meetings and discussed the prospects for cooperation in the field of transfer and commercialization of technologies with the Director of the RAC "Kuzbass" Dr. Irina Ganieva and the Head of International Cooperation Department of the RAC "Kuzbass" Dr. Ivan Skornyakov, Rector of T. F. Gorbachev Kuzbass Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education (KuzGTU) Dr. Alexey Yakovlev, Director of Kuzbass Technopark JSC Tatyana Evmenova, President of the Kuzbass Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI)Tatyana Alekseeva and Vice-President of the KCCI Natalya Devisenko.
