On January 22, 2025, in Minsk, as part of the exhibition of achievements of sovereign Belarus "My Belarus", the Republican seminar on commercialization of R&D results was held.

The organizers of the seminar are the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of Scientific and Technical Sphere" (GU "BelISA").

The director of the GU "BelISA" Vladimir Susha addressed the participants of the seminar with a welcoming speech. He noted that for our state, which has significant scientific potential, but does not have a sufficient raw material base, the effective use of innovations is the key to the successful development of the national economy. At the same time, it is important not only to create new technologies, but also to effectively use them in the real sector of the economy. The corresponding infrastructure has been created in Belarus for the commercialization of R&D results: technology transfer centers registered with the State Committee on Science and Technology as an innovation infrastructure entity, the Republican Center for Technology Transfer (RCTT) and other entities.

The seminar was attended by over 90 representatives of enterprises, institutions and organizations subordinate to the ministries of industry, energy, architecture and construction, health, education, transport and communications, communications and informatization, sports and tourism, emergency situations, economy, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the State Military-Industrial Committee and the Belgospischeprom concern.

The head of the RCTT Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy made a report on "Automated system of online training and consulting on technology transfer, management and commercialization of intellectual property in the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus".
