From March 12 to 15, 2025, a delegation of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, consisting of the Director of the Republican Center for Technology Transfer (RCTT) Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, Director of the V.A. Belyi Metal Polymer Research Institute of the NAS of Belarus  (IMMS) Dr. Andrei Grigoriev and head of sector 5.2 “Reactive Extrusion” of the IMMS Dr. Yuri Krivoguz, was on a working visit to Dongying (PRC, Shandong Province), invited by the Dongying Bureau of Science and Technology as foreign experts as laureates of the Two Hundred Talents Plan Program.

Organizers of the visit: Republican Center for Technology Transfer and Beijing Zhongke Boran Keji Co., Ltd.

The delegation visited and held talks with representatives of the following organizations located in Dongying:

• Dongying Bureau of Science and Technology;
• Dongkai Digital Technology (Shandong) Industrial Park Co., Ltd.;
• Shandong Sonic Petroleum Industry Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd.;
• Beijing Zhongke Boran Keji Co., Ltd.

During the visit, issues of mutually beneficial scientific and technical cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies, AI and protective coatings were discussed.
