On December 27, 2021, the NAS of Belarus hosted an awards ceremony for the winners of the 2nd Young Scientists Contest "Technology Offers of Belarusian Young Scientists for LG Electronics Inc. 2021". The contest was organized by the NAS of Belarus and LG Electronics Inc. The diplomas were presented to the winners by the academician Vladimir Gusakov, Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

The diploma of the first-degree was awarded to Veranika Biazruchanka for the offer "LIQUID CRYSTAL LENSES FOR CONTROL VIEWING ANGLE IN LCD" (Institute of Chemistry of New Materials).

Two second-degree diplomas were awarded to:

• Aleksandra Serokurova for the offer "DIRT- AND WATER-REPELLENT COATINGS BASED ON TIO2 THIN FILMS OBTAINED BY THE METHOD OF ION-BEAM SPUTTERING-DEPOSITION" (Scientific and Practical Centre for Materials Research) and
• Aliona Stanchyk "THE Cu2NiSn(S,Se)4 (CNTSSe) THIN FILMS ON METAL FOIL SUBSTRATES FOR NEW GENERATION FLEXIBLE SOLAR CELLS" (Scientific and Practical Centre for Materials Research)

Two third-degree diplomas were awarded to:

• Iryna Kaltovich for the offer "3D PRINTER FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PERSONALIZED (THERAPEUTIC AND DIETARY, SPORTS, CHILDREN'S, HYPOALLERGENIC, GERODIETIC) NUTRITION" (Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry);
• Aliaksei Nahibau for the offer "METHOD FOR DETECTING TRAUMATIC INJURIES IN THE CRANIAL CAVITY" (Institute of Physiology).
