On July 14, 2022, a strategic session was held in Samara (Russian Federation) to discuss the projects included in the Roadmap for scientific and technical cooperation for 2022-2025 between the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the managing company of the World-class science and education centre "Engineering of the Future" (ANO "Institute for Regional Development, Samara, Russian Federation), which was signed in Minsk on June 27, 2022. In particular, project “Creation of the Russian-Belarusian Center for Technology Transfer within the framework of the World-class science and education centre “Engineering of the Future” was discussed.

The strategic session was attended by Adviser to the Governor of the Samara Region, General Director of the managing company of the World-class science and education centre "Engineering of the Future" - ANO "Institute for Regional Development" Mrs. Olga Mikheeva, Director of the RCTT Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, Director of the Center for the Development of New Products of the Rostec Academy Mr. Andrey Batrimenko, Executive Director of the National Association for Technology Transfer Mr. Aleksei Filimonov, Managing Director of the ANO "Agency for Technological Development" Mr. Alexander Krylov, Head of the Project Office of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Federal Institute of Industrial Property" Mr Oleg Yena, Head of the Scientific and Educational Center of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Federal Institute of Industrial Property" Mr. Denis Monastyrsky, representatives of the Samara University and other higher educational institutions of Samara.

The participants of the session discussed the purpose, tasks, functions, legal form, sources of financing and the Internet platform of the Russian-Belarusian Center for Technology Transfer, which is being created within the framework of the World-class science and education centre  "Engineering of the Future".
