On February 9, 2024, a round table “Popularization of science among children and youth as a factor of sustainable development” was held at the Institute of Philosophy of the NAS of Belarus, dedicated to the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (February 11). The round table participants discussed forms of popularization of scientific knowledge and ways to involve children and youth in science in accordance with the objectives of the strategy “Science and Technology: 2018-2040”. Director of the RCTT, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, spoke at the round table with a report “Popularization of science: goals, objectives, tools, sources of funding and threats.”
