Taizhou BaiCui Sci&Tech Service Co., Ltd. (PRC) and RCTT signed a Cooperation Agreement
On August 22, 2025, in Taizhou BaiCui Sci&Tech Service Co., Ltd. (Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China), Director of the Republican Center for Technology Transfer (RCTT) Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy met with Chairman of the Taizhou BaiCui Sci&Tech Service Co., Ltd. Li Changhua, Director of the Company Li Yan and Deputy Head of the Department of Science and Technology of Taizhou Chen Liang. The parties discussed the state and prospects of cooperation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization. At the end of the meeting, the signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement between RCTT and the Taizhou BaiCui Sci&Tech Service Co., Ltd. took place. The agreement was signed by Li Yan, Director of the Company, and Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, Director of the RCTT.
The subject of the Agreement is the establishment of partnerships between the Parties aimed at promoting scientific and technical cooperation between Belarusian and Chinese organizations in order to accelerate the transfer and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.
The Taizhou BaiCui Sci&Tech Service Co., Ltd. has become 103 foreign and 29 Chinese partners, with which RCTT has signed a cooperation agreement in the field of technology transfer and commercialization.
TaiZhou BaiCui Sci&Tech Service Co., Ltd. is a private science and technology enterprise specializing in international science and technology cooperation and international technology transfer. It was founded in Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province in 2022 with a registered capital of 5 million Yuan. Since its establishment, the company has been focusing on the technology introduction needs of enterprises in Zhejiang Province, giving full play to the role of bridge and link of international technology supply and demand, and building an international science and technology cooperation platform by integrating all kinds of relevant science and technology resources in Zhejiang province, especially the comprehensive advantages of provincial and municipal science and technology bureaus, to provide consulting, evaluation, negotiation and other full-process services for enterprises to carry out transnational technology transfer and talent introduction. Focus on absorbing the CIS countries (including Russia, Belarus and other countries) technology, human resources to the enterprise, to promote the CIS advanced technology achievements in Zhejiang to improvement industrialization. TaiZhou BaiCui Sci&Tech Service Co., Ltd. has a professional team engaged in international science and technology cooperation and technology transfer work, with a number of experienced Russian and English translators and scientific and technical talents, and undertakes the State Administration of Foreign Experts Projects. Approved as Zhejiang Province International Science and Technology Cooperation Base in 2024.
As part of the signed Agreement, on August 22, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy visited the School of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Engineering of Taizhou University, where he met with Dean of the School Huang Gobo, Deputy Dean Yu Bingbing, Director of the Department Chen Wei and key School members. The meeting was chaired by the secretary of the School's party committee, Xu Yuanhong. Dr. Alexander Uspensky got acquainted with the activities and achievements of the School, informed about the services and information resources provided by RCTT to Chinese organizations, proposals for cooperation of Manufacturing Enterprise "Academpharm", and proposals for cooperation of the Pilot Production of the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the NAS of Belarus, discussed prospects for cooperation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization.
At the end of the meeting, the signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement between RCTT and the School of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Engineering of Taizhou University took place. The agreement was signed by Juan Gobo, Dean of the School, and Dr. Alexander Uspensky, Director of the RCTT.

The School of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Engineering of Taizhou University has become 104 foreign and 30 Chinese partners, with which RCTT has signed a cooperation agreement in the field of technology transfer and commercialization.
