From August 16 to 28, 2025, the Director of the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer (RCTT) Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy was on a working visit to the PRC at the invitation of the Gansu Productivity Promotion Center and the Taizhou Science and the Taizhou BaiCui Sci&Tech Service Co., Ltd.

During his visit, Dr, Alexander Uspensky visited and held talks with representatives of the following organizations:·     

• Gansu Productivity Promotion Center Center (Lanzhou City, Gansu Province), where he signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between RCTT and the Center on August 19;
• Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Gansu Province;
• Shenlong Aviation Technologies of Gansu Province (development and production of unmanned and light aircraft); 
• Kohn & Shawn Pharmatech (development and production of pharmaceutical substances);
• READLINE (development and production of biotechnological substances);
• The Taizhou BaiCui Sci&Tech Service Co., Ltd. (Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province), where he signed a Cooperation Agreement between RCTT and the Company on August 22; 
• The School of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Engineering of Taizhou University, where on August 22, the Cooperation Agreement between RCTT and the School was signed; 
• The Office of Changchun City Personnel and Talent Development Group (Jilin Province), where on August 25, the Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation between RCTT and the Changchun City Personnel and Talent Development Group was signed; 
• Changchun Cedar Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.; 
• Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, where on August 26, the Framework Agreement on Cooperation between RCTT and the Institute was signed, which became the 106th foreign and 32nd Chinese partner with whom RCTT has signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization; 
• The China-Russia and China-Belarus Technology Parks in Changchun; 
• The 15th China-Northeast Asia Expo.

During the visit, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy got acquainted with the activities and achievements of the visited organizations, informed about the services and information resources provided by RCTT to Chinese organizations, presented proposals for cooperation of RCTT and organizations of the NAS of Belarus, posted at the Virtual Exhibition of the NAS of Belarus, which could be of interest to the visited organizations, discussed the state and prospects of cooperation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization.
